130 places picked in person by Korea Post staff — listed by area, not ranked.

These 130 places have appeared in every edition of the Korea Post dining guide so far — 2024, 2025 and 2026. That is 54% of the current 240, so more than half of this year’s list has now been picked three times over. Postal staff redo their own districts each year rather than copying last year’s page, which is what makes a repeat listing worth something.

By region: 75 in Gyeongnam, 48 in Busan, 7 in Ulsan. The coverage is remarkably even — all 37 post office districts hold at least one, and every one of Busan’s 15 districts and Gyeongnam’s 18 cities and counties is represented. Only Ulsan has a gap, at 4 of its 5.

Which kinds of places last is the interesting part. 8 of the 10 Chinese restaurants, 26 of the 40 seafood houses and 80 of the 140 Korean restaurants are three-year entries — but only 11 of the 36 cafés. That is the exact mirror of the new intake, where cafés made up a third of the 63 additions: soup, noodle and old Chinese kitchens hold their ground while the coffee side turns over fast.

Signature dishes run a little dearer than the list as a whole — a median of ₩12,000 against ₩11,000 — with 41 still under ₩10,000. A longer run does not mean a better meal, though: the newer entries simply have not had three chances yet. The list below is grouped by region and district, not ranked.
